When you use a quote or contact form on this website we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and any message you add.
- We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare your quote.
- Lawful basis: you ask us for a quote, so we use your details to take the steps you have requested before any contract is agreed. We also have a legitimate interest in answering the enquiries people send us.
- Processors: form submissions are delivered to us by Digital Five, our website provider, using the Postmark email service. Digital Five keeps an archive copy of each enquiry so that none is lost, and access to that archive is restricted.
- Retention: we keep your enquiry while we deal with it and carry out any work that follows, then for a reasonable period afterwards as part of our business records.
- The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam submissions.

Your Rights
